Andrew has nearly two decades of corporate finance and transactional experience. Prior to forming Seaside, Andrew served as a Managing Director and Partner in the Direct Equity division of Wafra, Inc., where he pursued lower middle market buyouts from 2006-2017 and established a West Coast office in 2014. Wafra is a global alternative asset manager with over $20 billion in AUM. Andrew has an MBA from New York University and a BS from Indiana University.
Gabe is an experienced private equity investor and business development professional. Prior to joining Seaside, he was with Atlantic Street Capital. He began his investment career with The Gores Group, where he focused on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Prior to Gores, he was an investment banking professional with Houlihan Lokey. Gabe has a MS from the University of Michigan and a BA from UCLA.
Navid has several years of experience in the private equity industry. Prior to joining Seaside, he was an investment professional at Golden Gate Capital, where he pursued private equity investments, primarily in the business services sector. Golden Gate Capital is an alternative asset manager with over $15 billion in AUM. Navid has an MBA from Wharton, an MS from Stanford, and a BS from UCLA.
Hiral has several years of experience in the private equity industry. Prior to joining Seaside, he was an investment professional at Leeds Equity Partners in New York, where he pursued investments in the education, training and technology sectors. Hiral was previously an investment banker at William Blair. Hiral has a BBA and BA from The Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
Prior to joining Seaside, Jesse was an Associate at Shea & Company, a software and technology enabled services focused investment bank. Jesse graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
